HOW TO PREPARE MY FUNCTIONAL DRINK
Traditional infusion
1. Heat the water
Heat 240 ml of filtered water or 1 cup until it reaches 90°C or starts to boil.
2. Moisturize the powder
Place 1 tablespoon of the product in the paper filter. Gradually pour heated water in a circular motion until the powder is evenly moistened.
3. Drink it hot
Consume the infusion within an hour, preferably while still hot.
